Requirements
Experience
​Previous experience working with individuals with dementia or elderly people is highly desirable.
​
Clearances and Certifications

Valid Working with Children Clearance (WWCC)
-
Current Police Check (Mandatory)

Certification in First Aid

​Driver's Licence & Vehicle
Access to a reliable car with current registration and insurance.
​
​Availability
Must be available for different rotating shifts, as required by the needs of the individuals we support.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing the highest level of care and support to our clients.
